Warranty Services

We honor all manufacturers warranties on all products purchased through Sierra Window Coverings.  In the e vent a warranty repair is needed we will come out to your home and if we cannot repair the blind on site will have it shipped back to the manufacturer at no charge to you within the first year after purchase.  After the first year we will still come to repair  or send the blind back to the manufacturer, but there will be a trip charge for our time and service.  This charge depends on the time needed to travel to your home.
