Hyatt Residences Lake Tahoe
The Hyatt Residence at Lake Tahoe is a 40 room Hotel/Timeshare facility located at Northstar at Tahoe. We supplied and installed over 400 wood blinds into all 40 units as well as the executive offices. This project was completed in just 3 days and involved many logistical and special installation expertise.
The Village at Northstar at Tahoe
We installed all of the wood blinds for the Units in the first three buildings including the reception offices. This install was for almost 1000 blinds. It was completed on time and within budget. Due to the nature of the construction and time constraints for opening the units to the public we had to deal extreme logistical and installation difficulties, yet the developer and owners were pleased with the professionalism and efficiency with which we completed the job.
The Ritz Carlton
We supplied and installed Hunter Douglas Wood blinds in the offices of the Ritz Carlton Club – Lake Tahoe
Big Water Grille, Incline Village, Nevada
With an amazing view of Lake Tahoe, the Big Water Grille is great example outside the box thinking in window treatments. The owner wanted a covering that would allow the view to remain , but reduce the amount of afternoon sun and heat gain in the summer. The windows are floor to ceiling and wall to wall. We ordered and installed a series of solar sunscreens that do all the owner was hoping for at a reasonable cost.
Lake Tahoe Wellness Center
We came into the project to solve a major sun and solar gain issue.  They have a bank of 7 windows that are 25 ft tall and 6 ft wide and are sloped at 30 degrees. We were able to design a system that was motorized and functional.  We used a trackstar system that allowed for heat control and full view from the windows when the shades are open.
